INDEX / MODULE_02
Profit AI
Watches hotel market rates against every live booking. Adjusts the markup, or rebooks the same room at the lower rate.
Signals in, decisions out, margin realized.
One agent, two strategies. Shield defends the markup on what you already sell; Sword hunts for better rates on what you have already sold.

DECISION_PATH OUTCOME
Shield defends. Sword hunts.
Shield, the markup optimizer
Reads demand and competitor moves, then tunes your markup per room rate within the floors you set. No one watches a dashboard.
- Price floor and ceiling respected, always
- Every adjustment logged with its reason
Sword, the rebooking bot
When the same room drops in price after booking, Sword cancels and rebooks at the lower rate. The guest keeps the exact same stay; the difference lands in your margin.
- Same room category, equivalent or better terms
- Guest itinerary and confirmation untouched
The market moves after the booking. Your margin moves with it.
Connected once, working every day.
-
Connect your bookings
Point the agent at your live bookings and set your commercial rules: price floors, walk away thresholds, and which suppliers are in scope.
-
The agent monitors and acts
Shield keeps your markup honest as demand shifts. Sword rebooks whenever the same room gets cheaper. Every move is logged and reversible.
-
Keep the difference
Uplift lands per booking, every day, in a ledger you can audit. The success fee applies only to the uplift the agent actually realized.
The agents only earn when you do.
No uplift, no success fee. The transaction fee applies only to bookings the agent actually improved. If it finds nothing, you pay nothing.
- Success fee
- 30% of realized uplift
- Per optimized booking
- $0.50
- Standalone or paired
- Runs on its own or on top of Inventory AI once your contract data flows clean.
/// FAQ
Questions, answered.
Does rebooking change anything for the guest?
No. The agent rebooks the same room category with equivalent or better terms. The itinerary, the guest, and the confirmation stay exactly as they were. Only your cost basis improves.
How is the success fee measured?
On realized uplift only, booking by booking, in an auditable ledger. If the agent finds no better rate, there is no success fee and no transaction fee for that booking.
Which suppliers and services are in scope?
Hotels first, then flights, car rentals, and transfers. Scope is set with you during onboarding, including walk away thresholds per supplier.
Can we start with just this module?
Yes. Profit AI runs standalone. Most teams start with Inventory AI on the contract backlog, then switch on Profit AI once the data flows clean.
What about security and data control?
Your booking data is processed for your account only, never used to train shared models, and data handling terms are agreed before the pilot starts.
See it rebook a live booking.
We will walk one real booking through the flow and show you exactly where the margin moves.
