Which formats can it actually read?

PDF contracts including scans via OCR, Excel sheets, and the body text of supplier emails with attachments. Everything exits as normalized JSON mapped to your booking engine.

Which booking engines do you support?

Inventory arrives as normalized JSON via API. We map your field structure during onboarding, so the agent works alongside your existing engine rather than replacing it.

What happens when the agent is unsure about a clause?

It stops. Low confidence lines are flagged to a human review queue and never go live on their own. Your team clears the queue, the agent commits the rest.

Is our contract data used to train models?

No. Your contracts and rates are processed for your account only and never used to train shared models. Data handling terms are agreed before the pilot starts.
